(TSX: MPC)(TSX: MPC.C) has declared a regular cash dividend of $0.0525 per share payable on September 4, 2013 to holders of Class B voting common shares and Class C non-voting shares of record at the close of business on August 21, 2013. The dividend is considered an "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
