Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp., SideBuy Technologies Inc. Sign MOU
(firmenpresse) - SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- (Marketwired) -- 08/09/13 -- Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: IMTC) and SideBuy Technologies Inc. (SideBuy.com) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will see Imogo acquire SideBuy.com's unique daily deal and coupon aggregator technology. The MOU will also see the two companies work collaboratively to further develop the technology for various uses and mobile devices.
"Under the MOU, Imogo will work with SideBuy to identify, develop and implement underutilized existing and expansion capabilities of the aggregator technology. The goal is to provide more engaging consumer experiences that in turn will be of significant market appeal and create additional revenue and shareholder value," said Stewart Irvine, Founder and CEO of Imogo.
