Environmental Waste International Completes Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - AJAX, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/09/13 -- Environmental Waste International Inc. ("EWS") (TSX VENTURE: EWS) (the "Company"), a company specializing in eco-friendly systems with proven patented technology for the breakdown of organic materials, today announced the closing of a private placement.
EWS has closed a non-brokered private placement of 3,600,000 units ("Units") yielding proceeds of $360,000. Each Unit sold for $0.10 and consisted of one common share and half of a warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the purchase of one common share at an exercise price $0.175 for a period of two years. The proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.
