Giga Capital Corporation Announces TSX Venture Exchange Review
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/06/13 -- Giga Capital Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: GIG.H), a capital pool company which traded on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), announces that effective July 31, 2013, the Exchange has suspended trading in the Corporation's securities as a result of a Cease Trade Order issued by the Alberta Securities Commission for failure to file, within the required time period, the Corporation's audited financial statements, annual management's discussion and analysis and certification of annual filings for the year ended March 31, 2013. Reinstatement of trading can only occur once the Cease Trade Order is revoked and the Exchange has concluded its reinstatement review to ensure the Corporation has satisfactorily complied with Exchange requirements.
