As previously released, Green Hygienics, Inc. ("Green Hygienics"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, engaged Resource One to promote the products of Green Hygienics, including its 100% tree-free bamboo-based products.

Hilton Kahn is a Managing Partner of Resource One (), a St. Louis sales and marketing organization dedicated to creating sales by innovating private-label programs. Mr. Kahn formed the Arthur Wells Group in 1993 to provide third-party logistics services to grocery manufacturers and to provide inbound logistics services to grocery retailers and wholesalers. He has been involved in all aspects of the grocery industry from procurement to exporting, diverting, and distribution through the various companies he has owned. Prior to starting Arthur Wells, Hilton was VP of Logistics for Wetterau, Inc. He continues to be active in a variety of ventures related to the grocery industry.
