InterActive Leisure Systems Inc. Announces Agreement to Acquire Travel Time Technologies, Inc.

(PINKSHEETS: IALS) ("IALS") is pleased to announce that the company has entered into an agreement to acquire Travel Time Technologies, Inc. (TTT) a leader in the private label travel technology field. Financial terms of the deal were not announced.
Travel Time Technologies, Inc., located in Denver, Colorado, has excelled in writing XML connections to some of the world's largest wholesale travel suppliers including Globus Tours, The Mark Travel Corporation, Travel Impressions, and All About Tours to provide dynamic packaging of air, hotel, and ground transportation distributed via the Internet. The Company has also excelled at customer acquisition through Search Engine Optimization and has more than a million subscribers with 2012 revenues in excess on $1,700,000.
The company provides web based private label solutions for retail travel agents and small to medium-sized businesses. TTT also owns proprietary software, Internet Travel Management Systems (ITMS), which provides retail travel agents with a complete back office system that includes a sophisticated and cutting edge CRM tools and accounting modules.
Travel Time Technologies is a preferred partner with some of The World's largest hotel chains including Hyatt, Starwood, Riu, Barceló, and Hilton as well as United, Delta, and Hawaiian airlines.
