These include the closing of an LIG Entertainment movie rights sale, the receipt of fees associated with closing a gaming property transaction, the addition of new, independent board members, and the closing of commercial real estate transactions.
"These pending business development events indicate that a de-risking of the stock has occurred, and when coupled with the deep value offered by its .13x market cap to book value ratio, should drive LIGA's shares higher."
