Western Pacific Trust Company Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/31/13 -- Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX VENTURE: WP) (the "Company") announces that stock options were granted to a director under the Company's Stock Option Plan for a total of 100,000 common shares on July 30, 2013.
The options were granted at an exercise price of $0.12 per share, for a ten year term to expire July 29, 2023.
The above-noted option grants will leave a balance of 1,794,741 common shares reserved for issuance under the Company's Stock Option Plan.
