Checklist Now Available for Applicants Seeking External Complaints Body Approval
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/30/13 -- Organizations that are planning to submit an application to gain approval to become External Complaint Bodies to the financial industry can contact the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) to request a checklist to assist with their application.
The checklist will support the for External Complaints Bodies (ECB), and was developed as a result of recommendations made during the on the Application Guide.
Please contact the Compliance and Enforcement Branch of FCAC ( or 1-866-461-3222) for a copy of the checklist, or if you have comments or questions about the ECB application process.
