Scrubs & Beyond Completes Purchase of Life Uniform
(firmenpresse) - ST LOUIS, MO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/30/13 -- Scrubs & Beyond, LLC announced today it has completed the purchase of substantially all of the operating assets of Healthcare Uniform Company, Inc. and Uniform City National, Inc. (collectively, "Life Uniform") The final purchase price was $22,625,000, prior to closing adjustments.
Scrubs & Beyond is now the largest multi-channel supplier of healthcare apparel and accessories in the country with 27 Scrubs & Beyond branded stores, 116 Life Uniform branded stores, and 11 Uniform City branded stores -- a total of 154 total stores operating in 31 states. The company employs approximately 1,000 employees, with 110 at the corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
