Lubner Group Tapped to Provide Interiors for New Jupiter Hotel
(firmenpresse) - NAPLES, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/30/13 -- Lubner Group, () the hospitality division for premier furnishings retailer Clive Daniel Home (), has been selected to provide furnishings for a branded 4-star hotel that will become a focal point of Harbourside Place, a 300,000 square-foot mixed-use waterfront complex in Jupiter, Florida, with an overall development cost of $144 million.
According to Daniel Lubner, President and CEO of the Lubner Group and Clive Daniel Home of Naples, Florida, his companies will purchase and install total interiors for a six-story 179-room Wyndham Grand Hotel Jupiter Beach at Harbourside Place (), which will feature luxury suites, banquet facility, pool deck, meeting rooms, spa and fitness center.
Allied Capital & Development of South Florida, LLC () is the developer of the unique waterfront property. Headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and led by industry veteran Nicholas Mastroianni, Allied brings extensive experience, proven knowledge and outstanding personal service to every project. Partnering with the industry's top architects, planners and contractors, the firm is renowned for developing exceptional properties that complement their communities.
Lubner's team will work in conjunction with Leo A Daly, an internationally renowned planning, architecture, engineering firm, utilizing his design specifications and value engineering to purchase the hotel's furnishings. Leo A Daly currently employs more than 1,100 architects, planners, engineers and interior designers worldwide. Lubner will guide purchasing, logistics and installation of furnishings, planned for April 2014. The entire property is scheduled for completion by the summer of 2014.
Harbourside Place will include 60,000 square feet of retail shopping within three 2-6-story buildings, also designed by Leo A Daly. Now under construction, the property will feature seven major restaurants, a 600-seat outdoor amphitheater for entertainment and public uses, plus a cultural center and parking garages. A main attraction for the ten-acre property will be a 1,100- linear foot river walk promenade overlooking 22 leased and 9 public boat slips. It is estimated that Harbourside Place will generate more than 2,000 jobs.
Clive Daniel Home and the Lubner Group offer design and purchasing services with capabilities for crafting custom-designed furniture and total turnkey furnishing packages. This highly specialized work is offered for commercial projects as well as shared-use properties such as timeshare resorts, hotels, fractional ownership and private residence clubs, plus developers of high-rise condominiums and single-family communities in North America and abroad.
