ODC Construction Acquires Tampa Shell Contractor and Launches Charlotte Division
Farro Construction, Inc., Folds Into ODC's Tampa Division and Its Former Owner, Mike Farro, Signs on to Launch ODC's Charlotte, NC Division
(firmenpresse) - ORLANDO, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/30/13 -- Florida's leading shell construction contractor, ODC Construction, announces today the acquisition of Farro Construction, Inc., a top-tier, Tampa-based shell construction company. Current Farro Construction employees, equipment and business will fold into ODC Construction's Tampa operations. With years of shell construction experience in the Charlotte market, Mike Farro, the former owner of Farro Construction, will take his skills back North to launch ODC's Charlotte Division.
