Devine, the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer, and Kenneth J. Mahon, the Company's Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will participate in investor meetings at the Keefe Bruyette & Woods 2013 Community Bank Investor Conference to be held in New York City on Tuesday, July 30, 2013.
