NRT's Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida Acquires Third Brevard County Brokerage in Four Months
(firmenpresse) - MELBOURNE, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/25/13 -- Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate LLC, the largest residential real estate brokerage in Florida with more than 80 offices and 4,900 sales associates, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Hartung Real Estate in Brevard County, Fla. Hartung has two offices and approximately 25 sales associates, located in Rockledge and Melbourne. With this acquisition, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has more than 200 sales associates in Brevard County.
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is a subsidiary of NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company. NRT operates the company-owned brokerage operations of Realogy Holdings Corp. (NYSE: RLGY).

In March, the company also acquired the assets of the Luxury Team of Florida Real Estate Group based in Palm Coast, which included seven sales centers and gave the company its entrance into Flagler, Volusia and Osceola Counties.
