(firmenpresse) - WESTPORT, CT -- (Marketwired) -- 07/25/13 -- The (AEGG) (OTCQB: AEGG) announced today that it has sold 500,000 Common Shares to two (2) private investors for a cash consideration of $0.15 per share or a total consideration of $75,000 to the Company. The proceeds of the sale will be used for general and administrative operating capital and legal expenses.
