Canadian General Investments, Limited Declares Dividends on Common and Preference Shares
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/23/13 -- Canadian General Investments, Limited (the Company) (TSX: CGI)(TSX: CGI.PR.C)(TSX: CGI.PR.D)(LSE: CGI) has declared quarterly dividends on its common and preference shares.
A regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share is payable on September 15, 2013 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2013.
A cash dividend of $0.24375 per share is payable on September 15, 2013 to shareholders of the Company's 3.90% Cumulative Redeemable Class A Preference Shares, Series 3 of record at the close of business on August 30, 2013.
A cash dividend of $0.27740 per share is payable on September 15, 2013 to shareholders of the Company's 3.75% Cumulative Redeemable Class A Preference Shares, Series 4 of record at the close of business on August 30, 2013. As the date of issue of these shares was May 30, 2013, this initial dividend represents the payment for the period May 30, 2013 to September 15, 2013.
