Western Glass to Promote Energy Efficiency Experts (E3) Energy Savings Solutions to Commercial and Government Client Base

(OTCQB: PRHL) (the "Company") today announced a strategic alliance with Western Glass Restoration and Tinting, based in Orange County, CA, a renowned glass restoration services company that has been providing energy-efficiency tinting to customers throughout North America for over 15 years.
Western Glass, whose nation-wide client base includes large restaurant chains such as McDonalds, Taco Bell, Del Taco, and Jack in the Box, and Fortune 500 companies such as Disneyland, The Irvine Company, Kmart, JC Penny, Sears, Westfield Malls, and CB Richard Ellis, as well as landmarks such as the Las Vegas City Center, and MGM Grand, has signed an agreement with Premier's energy management and savings division, E3 to promote, market and sell the company's entire line of energy efficiency products and services.
