Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, Lindquist was an Associate at Marcus & Millichap where he served as an Associate specializing in Investments.
Lindquist's career began in Denver, Colorado where he worked on land acquisitions, development and the sale and leasing of industrial real estate. Paul moved to Southern California and founded a Tenant & Buyer representation company, representing Buyers and Tenants throughout the western US. He then moved to Nevada to continue as a broker specializing in investment real estate. He specializes in industrial and retail properties nationwide.
Paul Lindquist has worked in the real estate industry for over 37 years and holds broker licenses in Colorado, California and Nevada. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and art. Paul is an artist and creates oil painting, bronze sculptures and is a member of the Single Action Shooting Society where he competes in cowboy action shooting Sport.
