The GNS Group Announces Participation in the FSX Investment Conference, Licensing Agreement, and Tier Change

Lauderdale, Florida from July 25-27, 2013. The FSX INVESTMENT CONFERENCE links public and private corporations with potential investors and financiers to gain exposure and raise capital. GNS President Roula Jarjour is also pleased to announce that The GNS Group has achieved OTC CURRENT PINK status (). The company believes that the status is a very important corporate change as it shows to investors and potential funders that the company takes serious its business and its listing status.
GNS has also hired Edward Minnema as a consultant for a one year term. Mr. Minnema has past experience in the markets serving as President, CEO, Secretary, and Treasurer of a past OTCPINK corporation, successfully completing a merger. Mr. Minnema has also acted as Investor Relations for public corporations and as a consultant. Mr. Minnema will receive 150,000 shares and 300,000 options expiring in 36 months with an exercise price of $0.25.
GNS has also granted to Edward and Claudia Minnema, the latter residing in Jamaica, a Licensing Agreement for the Caricom and Associate Countries in respect to the companies' commercial furniture line. Those countries included in the agreement are inclusive of the following: Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos. Mr. Minnema will form a private company (NEWCO), in the Caribbean. After completion of the formation of the company, The GNS Group will receive the equivalent of 5% of the authorized shares of the NEWCO. NEWCO will also add one of the present directors of GNS to NEWCO's Board of Directors.
