(firmenpresse) - LANCASTER, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 07/22/13 -- The Board of Directors of Ecology and Environment, Inc. (E & E) (NASDAQ: EEI) has declared a six month dividend of 24 cents per share.
This is the 53rd consecutive dividend that has equaled or exceeded the previous dividend. The dividend is payable on or before August 9, 2013 to shareholders of Class A and Class B common stock on record as of July 22, 2013.
The current dividend is a yield of 4.60% at today's prices.
