Mr. Boyter has over 35 years of operations, engineering, and project management experience on commercial and government engineering, procurement, and construction contracts on domestic and international projects in the nuclear industry.
For the past six years, Mr. Boyter has directed activities associated with proposals, project management, and claims for eight new nuclear plants under construction, giving him unique and valuable experience in the planning and implementation of nuclear programs and projects.
