Fentanyl not involved in death of Cory Monteith
VICTORIA - The BC Coroners Service would like to reiterate that Mr. Monteith died of a mixed-drug toxicity, involving heroin and alcohol.
Toxicology results did not indicate any presence of the drug fentanyl.
