Coldwell Banker Preferred Expands Its Presence in Greater Philadelphia With Acquisition

Stevens - George A. Korkus, Inc., which does business as in East Norriton Township, Pa. The single-office realty firm will operate as , which is part of , the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company.
Co-owners Michael Korkus and Jane Korkus of Coldwell Banker Realty Professionals, will take sales roles with Coldwell Banker Preferred, which welcomes the 28 sales associates of Coldwell Banker Realty Professionals to the team. The East Norriton office will merge into the Coldwell Banker Preferred office located at 686 Dekalb Pike in Blue Bell, Pa.
