Ms. Tangorre has 30 years of community banking experience, with an expertise in branch operations and bank systems.
Donna is the bank's Security Officer, oversees the branch network, and has recently become responsible for Deposit Operations. In addition, she graduated from the Stonier School of Banking and completed the Wharton Leadership program in June, 2013. She is a life-long resident of Chemung County, New York.
