Voiceserve Wins $1 Million Mobile Soft Phone Dialler Contract from a Tier 1 Carrier

(OTCBB: VSRV)(OTCQB: VSRV), a next-generation Internet telephony software and service provider, today announced that it has won a network services and a mobile dialler contract from a major Tier 1 carrier. This is a five year contract that is valued over $1 million and adds to Voiceserve's repertoire of significant contract wins within the last few months.
Under this agreement, Voiceserve will provide Android, Apple, BlackBerry and Windows diallers for the international calling application, enabling voice and text communication over mobile and Wi-Fi networks. This application will be available via Android Play Store, BlackBerry App World Windows Market Place and will also be uploaded onto the Apple App Store to accommodate iPhones and iPads. The application will be fully integrated within the carriers existing ecosystem.

The Voipswitch application uses a compressed optimized voice codec which guarantees high voice quality, even when a person may be in a weaker network coverage area. The status of the current connection during a call is presented by a quality indicator.
This contract win is further evidence of Voiceserve's ability to drive organic growth by cross-selling the Company's expanded product range covering fixed, mobile, data and networking services. In addition, the five year term of these recent contract wins contributes to the Company's strategic goal of increasing future earnings visibility.
