Robix Announces Closing of Private Placement Financing
(firmenpresse) - LETHBRIDGE, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/11/13 -- Robix Alternative Fuels Inc. ("Robix" or the "Corporation") announced today that it has closed a non-brokered private placement offering of common shares at a price of $0.25 per share. The Corporation issued 556,000 common shares for gross proceeds of $139,000. The common shares issued in connection with the private placement are subject to a four month hold period that expires on November 10, 2013. The net proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital purposes.
