(OTCBB: SLNN) (the "Company"), an American niche manufacturer of lifestyle ultra-high performance vehicles, technical performance parts, lifestyle accessories and apparel, is pleased to announce that, effective immediately, the Company has officially changed its name from W270, Inc. to Saleen Automotive, Inc. Along with the name change, FINRA has approved the changing of the Company stock ticker symbol to (OTCBB: SLNN) from the previously used (OTCBB: WSTY). The name and ticker changes are subsequent to Saleen Automotive completing its merger with W270, Inc., as announced on June 27, 2013.
