She will focus her attention on the growing market of interior and renovation projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Backed by an extensive resume of prominent projects, Swinerton's specialized interiors division provides complete construction services utilizing the best building practices and newest technologies.
A seasoned professional, de Ville brings diverse AEC industry experience to the Swinerton pursuit team, including deep insight into corporate real estate, land use and public policy, workplace strategies, and design perspectives. She served as director of business development for Western region and, most recently, developed high-performance sales strategies for the corporate commercial practice of in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
Active in the building and civic communities of the Bay Area, de Ville maintains leadership roles with Peninsula Family Service and CoreNet Global Northern California, as the founder of Women in CoreNet and a past president. She previously served on the board of directors of the San Mateo County Transit Authority, the Society for College and University Planning, RIDES for Bay Area Commuters, the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center, and the Boys and Girls Club of the Coastside.
