Vector Marketing Corporation Awards Scholarship at Pi Sigma Epsilon National Sales Convention
(firmenpresse) - WILMINGTON, DE -- (Marketwired) -- 07/03/13 -- Jessie Nemessi, a student at the University of Northern Iowa, was awarded the in the amount of $1,500 at the recent Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE) national sales conference held April 2 - 7 in San Diego. Vector Marketing is the single-level direct sales division of , the largest manufacturer of high-end kitchen cutlery in North America. PSE is the only national collegiate professional, co-educational fraternity for marketing, sales, and management.
The Vector Marketing Scholarship is awarded to a student who has demonstrated a commitment to community service and intends to pursue a career in sales. Nemessi, a marketing major, has been a member of PSE since October 2011. She became president of PSE's Epsilon Theta chapter in January and will serve as president through the end of 2013. Epsilon Theta recently won PSE's Top Gold Chapter, the organization's highest chapter honor.
In September 2012, Nemessi served as project manager for a 5K charity run around the University of Northern Iowa's campus. The run raised $6,800 for the University of Iowa Children's Hospital and received second place out of all service projects among all PSE chapters nationally.
