Fresh Start Private Executes Letter of Intent to Sell Licensing Rights to Northern California

(OTCQB: CEYY), a leader in alcohol treatment and rehabilitation programs, announced it has entered into a letter of intent to sell the exclusive license and distribution rights of its proprietary implant formula and alcohol treatment program to Fresh Start NoCal, LLC.
Under the terms of the pending agreement, Fresh Start NoCal will agree to pay Fresh Start Private an upfront licensing fee of up to $1,000,000 plus running royalties on revenue generated in the territory.
The population of Northern California is over 14 million people and covers the metro areas of San Francisco, Sacramento, and Fresno. This pending agreement creates the potential to help thousands of people suffering from this deadly disease in the Northern 48 counties of California.
