BioNitrogen Corporation Signs Contract With CCC Group, Inc. for Engineering Completion Prior to EPC
(firmenpresse) - DORAL, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/02/13 -- (PINKSHEETS: BION), a cleantech company that utilizes exclusive technology to build environmentally-friendly plants that convert biomass into urea fertilizer, announced today that it has signed a $2.2 mm contract with CCC Group, Inc. for completion of engineering, pre-construction site-prep activities and purchasing of long lead equipment. This contract is expected to cover all necessary work prior to signing the lump sum Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for the plant.
The formal ground breaking ceremony and construction is expected to commence in the third quarter.
