Event Marks Start of Summer of Discovery at Dupont Circle Hotel

To kick things off, more than 100 hotels around the world hosted a Global Day of Discovery on June 19th, and the Renaissance Washington, DC Dupont Circle Hotel was excited to participate in the second annual event. This welcomed both guests and locals for food-centric festivities hosted by food writer Nevin Martell. Local micro-brewery DC Brau sampled beer, Capital City Mumbo Sauce provided tasty treats and DJ Adrian Loving kept the party going.
The chefs at this flexed their culinary muscles, too, turning out delicious (and beautiful) dishes including Capital Chicken Wings tossed in Mumbo Sauce and "Steak Em" Chili Half Smoke hot dogs.
