(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/13 -- Their Excellencies the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, and Mrs. Sharon Johnston will attend the 2013 Canadian Sunset Ceremonies featuring the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Musical Ride, at the RCMP stables of the Canadian Police College, in Ottawa, on Friday, June 28, 2013, at 7:30 p.m.
The 50th anniversary of the Duke of Edinburgh's Awards in Canada will be highlighted and celebrated during this year's ceremonies.
About the Canadian Sunset Ceremonies
Since 1988, the Canadian Sunset Ceremonies are an annual event, offering the RCMP a way of thanking the community for its support, as well as means of providing the public with an opportunity to see the Musical Ride. For more information about the Canadian Sunset Ceremonies, please visit .
