Armtec Infrastructure Inc. Announces Final Director Voting Results
(firmenpresse) - GUELPH, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/25/13 -- Armtec Infrastructure Inc. ("Armtec" or the "Corporation") (TSX: ARF) (TSX: ARF.DB) today announced the final director election results from the 2013 annual and special meeting of its shareholders held on June 24, 2013.
The director nominees listed in the table below were all elected as directors of the Corporation for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed.
The number of shares, which were voted in favour of or withheld from voting by proxy for the election of each such director nominee, were as follows:
