LOGIC INSTRUMENT signs framework agreement with the state of Baden-Wurttemberg in Germany
(PresseBox) - LOGIC INSTRUMENT, one of the leading manufacturer of rugged mobile computers, has signed a framework agreement with the state of Baden-Wurttemberg (Germany) and is now listed with its products in the office shop of the logistics center of Baden-Wurttemberg (LZBW).
In the public administration, the LZBW is the purchase and logistics provider for the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg. Whether office equipment, work and protective clothing, material, technique articles or the rugged computer from Logic Instrument - all public authorities and service providers find their needed products in the office shop of the LZBW.
As kick-off of the framework agreement Logic Instrument delivers 54 rugged notebooks to the highway police. But there are many more applications for the notebooks and tablet PCs such as in the field of fire and safety equipment, in transport and logistics, utilities, manufacturing and due to the integrated GPS receivers for all field surveying and positioning applications.
"We are delighted to work with the State of Baden-Wurttemberg and we hope that we can support the authorities and service providers in the country with our products through our future presence in LZBW. The state produces about three per cent of European gross domestic product - making it even stronger than Sweden, Denmark and Austria. This is for us, as well as for the in Baden-Wurttemberg headquartered companies Daimler, Porsche, Bosch and SAP, a very attractive market.", commented Daniel Schroeder, MarCom Mgr. of Logic Instrument, the signed the contract.
