Tech Leaders Income Fund Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/20/13 -- (the "Fund") (TSX: TLF.UN) has renewed its normal course issuer bid to purchase up to 718,300 units of the Fund representing approximately 10% of the public float of 7,183,826 units. The Fund may purchase up to 143,706 units in any 30 day period which is 2% of the 7,185,326 issued and outstanding units at June 13, 2013.
As of June 13, 2013, the Fund had purchased 419,000 units under its current bid at an average price of $8.15 per unit.
The units may be purchased for cancellation from June 24, 2013 to June 23, 2014 through the facilities of the TSX or other eligible alternative market and may only be purchased at a price per unit not exceeding the last published net asset value per unit. The Manager of the Fund believes that such purchases are in the best interest of the Fund and are a desirable use of its available funds.
