Ram Power Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting
(firmenpresse) - RENO, NV -- (Marketwired) -- 06/18/13 -- Ram Power, Corp. (TSX: RPG) ("Ram Power" or the "Company"), a renewable energy company focused on the development, production and sale of electricity from geothermal energy, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed at the Company's annual and special meeting (the "Meeting") held today.
In addition to the election of each of the nominee directors discussed in detail below, at the Meeting the number of directors of the Company were set at six, Deloitte & Touche LLP were re-appointed auditors of the Company and the resolutions to amend the Company's articles to increase the quorum requirements for shareholder meetings and to institute an advance notice provision were all approved.
According to proxies received and a vote by ballot, the six nominees set forth in the management information circular of the Company dated May 10, 2013 were elected as directors of the Company to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of the Company's shareholders.
