Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. June Dividend Increase

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/18/13 -- Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. (TSX: PZA) today announced a cash dividend of $0.0650 per share for June 2013.
As previously announced, beginning with June, the monthly dividend has increased 4%. The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2013, and will be paid on July 15, 2013.
For tax purposes, the 2013 dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend without a return of capital component.
