Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Expands Its Presence in Connecticut With Acquisition
(firmenpresse) - RIDGEFIELD, CT -- (Marketwired) -- 06/18/13 -- , a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., today announced it has acquired the assets of Century 21 - Greengarden Realty, Inc. in Bridgeport, Conn. The Bridgeport office and a satellite office in West Haven will operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which is part of NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company.
Mark Greengarden, former president of Century 21 - Greengarden Realty, will take a sales role with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which welcomes the 63 sales associates of Greengarden Realty to the team.
The Bridgeport office will merge into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office located at 2 Corporate Drive in Trumbull. The firm's West Haven satellite office will merge into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office located at 564 Racebrook Road in Orange.
