Giant Tiger Stores Limited is pleased to announce a donation of $26,339.25 to The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada. This donation represents a portion of sales from the Giant Tiger Charity Cookbooks sold at Giant Tiger stores across Canada.
Giant Tiger Stores Limited has a long standing relationship with The Children's Wish Foundation and has made them their charity of choice for a number of different initiatives. The official cheque presentation, on June 11, was hosted at the Giant Tiger on Kennedy Rd. in Scarborough Ontario by owner Greg Hooper and was attended by Christie May; Development Officer The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada and of course featured a cameo appearance by Friendly the Giant Tiger.
