Essential to Support Steady Increase of Transportation Routing Software Clients

Eric will be involved in software installation, configuration, reporting set-up, and implementation of the Paragon routing and scheduling solutions. Eric will also provide ongoing customer support, customer training, and coordinate responses to assure customer requirements are met.

Prior to that he worked as an Operations Analyst for Taylor Companies, an independent for-hire crude oil transportation and logistics business. He also worked as an Account Manager for JB Hunt Transport Services and as a Lead Transportation Officer for TSA.
Eric graduated from the University of North Texas with a BS in Criminal Justice/Sociology.
