Hotel Blackhawk, Autograph Collection and Its Bix Bistro Are Both Honored

To qualify for the award, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
It was a first-time honor for , which earned a 2013 TripAdvisor Service Excellence Award. The restaurant was also honored in 2012 with the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for its wine selection and theme.
