Excellium Announces Resignation of William J. Pristanski as Director
(firmenpresse) - QUEBEC, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/07/13 -- Excellium Inc. (TSX VENTURE: XLM) (the "Corporation" or "Excellium"), announces that Mr. William J. Pristanski has resigned from his position as director of the Company effective June 6, 2013 for personal reasons, which resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors. In addition to his role as director, Mr. Pristanski was acting as the Chair of the Corporation's Governance and Nominating Committee.
Excellium management and fellow directors wish to thank Mr. Pristanski for his service and valuable contribution to the Corporation throughout his mandate.
