Gordon Poeter Leaves Board of Directors and Jason Schoenfeld Seeks Other Opportunities

(TSX VENTURE: SDS) ("Seair" or the "Company") reports that Gordon Poeter has resigned from the Board of Directors of Seair Inc. effective May 31, 2013. At the same time, Jason Schoenfeld has resigned as Chief Operating Officer to pursue opportunities in oil and gas exploration and production. The Company thanks Gordon Poeter for his many years of service as a director for Seair Inc. and to Jason Schoenfeld for his contributions. Seair wishes the best for both in their future endeavors.
