(TSX VENTURE: PIA) (the "Corporation") - Further to the Corporation's press release dated April 29, 2013 which announced the terms of settlement of debt between the Corporation and two insiders, the Corporation reports that it has issued an aggregate of 169,538 Class A Common Shares of the Corporation to the two insiders, as described in the referenced press release above, and that the debt is fully extinguished.
