(PINKSHEETS: EVFN) (the "Company") today announced that, effective as of April 30, 2013, Tan Yuen Hing has be appointed to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Tan currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Also effective on April 30, 2013, Bok Wong resigned as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and as a member of its Board of Directors.
