New Look Eyewear Inc. Announces the Opening of its 72nd Store Following the Acquisition of Service d'Optique Jacques St. Laurent
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/04/13 -- New Look Eyewear Inc. (TSX: BCI) ("New Look") announced today the acquisition of Service d'Optique Jacques St. Laurent, operating an optical clinic located in Ste. Foy (Quebec). Following this acquisition, the clinic becomes the 72nd corporate store operating under the New Look banner and the second addition to the store network realized in 2013 after the opening of a new store at St. Eustache, north of Montreal.
Martial Gagne, President of New look commented: "This acquisition fits in nicely with our existing store network in the Quebec City region and is a quality operation. It will be the 9th New Look location serving this region".
