Evogene Announces Confidential Submission of Draft Registration Statement for U.S. Public Offering

("Evogene") (TASE: EVGN) today announced plans to conduct a registered public offering of its ordinary shares in the United States. The offering is expected to commence, subject to market conditions, after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission completes its review process initiated by Evogene's confidential submission of a draft registration statement.
