TeraGo Networks Completes Purchase of Data Centers Canada

(TSX: TGO) (), a leading national broadband services provider to businesses in Canada, announced that it completed on May 31, 2013 its previously announced share purchase transaction to acquire Data Centers Canada Inc. This acquisition was financed under existing senior term debt facilities with Royal Bank of Canada, Knowledge-Based Industry Group.
