BERLIN -- (Marketwired) -- 06/03/13 -- Korsair Holdings AG (BERLIN:
NOM), announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100%
of Fiber Communications International, a Stockholm, Sweden based
company that is negotiating communication and solar power projects in
Africa. The acquisition will not include cash payment and is subject
to due diligence and Korsair's board approval. Fiber Communication's
management will continue to manage the company as a subsidiary of
Korsair.
According to Anders Ericsson, Korsair Holdings Chairman: 'We are very
pleased to be able to add Fiber Communications and their expertise to
Korsair Holdings. Fiber Comm has tremendous contacts in Africa and we
believe that their current negotiations will result in securing
several initial projects in communication and energy fields, where
Korsair has significant product offerings.'
